Week 1 – Travel Diaries photo dump. 😆
So the adventure began! It started in the beautiful state of Tennessee.
We were not feeling our best as we got on the road, so we took that week to rest, get used to our new life, learn everything about this new world of #RVing 😆 and heal.
I probably ran my immune system to the ground with so much going on to make this transition in the past months and I paid for it. It hit my body hard.
However, I think just taking that week as a “vacation” was what we needed. We loaded up on our vitamins, sun, good food, fresh air, biked almost every day and slept a lot 😆.
We’re thankful to feel ourselves again. We’re thankful for rest and for all the beauty we found as we healed.
These pictures, the sunsets, the grounds were undoubtedly gorgeous, but our beginning days were a bit rough.
I share this because life has its mountains and valleys, always. Just because you see an amazing highlight reel doesn’t mean there’s no real life moments happening.
As we begin this journey, I know we want to document it all. Friends, we will share a lot. I hope you know that as dreamy as this journey has been so far, it is also a lot of work! There’s lessons and risks involved, but that’s why there’s also growth happening. Isn’t that just life? 😊
So here’s a journal of our journey.
Life is beautiful with its ups and downs. God is good always.
Perspective is key, not all days are a bed of roses, but we press through on the hard days and with God we find beauty and purpose even in the pain.
There’s sunshine and even rainbows after every storm. So of course, we will enjoy the sunshine, the rainbows, the beauty and the growth to the max!
I don’t know who needs to read this, but here’s your reminder to rely on the good good FATHER and trust Him to direct your steps. He loves you unconditionally and fiercely.
Take some time to rest and heal well.
Take chances.
Have faith.
Prioritize what’s truly important for you and go for it!
This is the life we have been given. Don’t be afraid to live it.
